1. The first purchase of the machine will provide free door-to-door installation, debugging, training, guidance operation;
2. After purchasing the machine, arrange operators to come to the company for training and learning before formal use;
3. From the date of leaving the factory, the machine is guaranteed for one year except for the vulnerable consumables and ink supply system;
4. During the warranty period of the machine, the machine will be returned to the factory for free repair, and the spare parts will be replaced and maintained free of charge;
5. During the warranty period, if the machine fails to return to the factory due to problems, the spare parts will be provided free of charge;
6. After the end of one-year warranty period, accessories must be charged according to the sales price of Guangchen accessories;
7. After the warranty period, the after-sales personnel shall pay at least 2 return visits to follow up the use of the customer's machine.

1. The free training time for the first purchase is 3 working days. If the training time needs to be extended, the appropriate training fee will be charged;

2. After receiving the repair request, priority should be given to telephone or video guided maintenance; if door-to-door maintenance is required, the customer must bear the transportation and accommodation expenses of technical personnel;
